Training/Experience: Our quotation process involves personal visits or phone conferences to determine the type of files that the client has and their project goals and objectives. We will try to guide the client toward the most efficient use of their budget funds. After this initial discussion, we develop an estimate with four components: 1) project details in writing for the client to review 2) a time line 3) costing and 4) the output. After approval, we start the project with a pilot run so that the client can see the actual final output, with approval- we execute on the entire project.
