Minnesota America 250 Committee
In 2026, Americans across the nation will mark the 250th (semiquincentennial) anniversary of the American Revolution.
This occasion provides an opportunity for Minnesotans to learn about the context and events of our nation’s founding, as well as subsequent historic events.
The Governor's Committee on Minnesota America 250 exists to help coordinate commemorations undertaken by public and private organizations and individuals to ensure that all Minnesotans have opportunities to learn about our complex and inspiring past.
