He was the Research Director of the Grain Terminal Association of Minnesota (1948-1981) and a member of the Board of Directors for the Environmental Balance Association of Minnesota (EBA). The records of EBA (1975-1980) are also included in this collection. Includes early documents from France concerning the requisitioning of grain (May 15, 1368), a grain receipt given by Jean de St. Martin to the monks of the Priory of Grain (1322), and a list of storage places for grain and kinds of grain stock by the Army of Sambre and Meuse (December 1795-January 1796).
