Celebrate the early spring arrival of asparagus by learning to use this vegetable in a variety of ways. In this hands-on workshop, participants will sample a variety of dishes made with asparagus, try different cooking methods, make their own dish, and take home recipes.
Kitchen Capers is a new lighthearted and playful workshop series for adults that features changing seasonal ingredients. Participants will experiment with cooking techniques, flexible ingredient uses, sample a variety of dishes, and take home recipes. Workshops take place in the visitor center's Learning Kitchen.
