Celebrate Mother's Day by exploring the lives of women in Minnesota in the 1870s. These women worked alongside men and were an important part of the development of the territory, and eventually state, of Minnesota. Through various displays, visitors can learn about the lives of women on the prairie in the 1870s from housekeeping to entertainment.
