View an exhibit of maḱaċheġa, or pottery, made by Lower Sioux artists and apprentices, the first exhibit of its kind in nearly two decades. Visitors can view present-day pieces while learning about this traditional technique and its important role to the Lower Sioux community. On Sundays master artists will be on site to discuss their pottery pieces and artistic journey, and guests of all ages can visit an activity station to create works of their own.

The exhibit is on display Sept. 23-Oct. 7, 2018.
