Discover the Dakota and Ojibwe languages during a family day connected to the new History Center exhibit, Our Home: Native Minnesota.
At 10 am, hear a talk from Dr. Anton Treuer, professor of Ojibwe at Bemidji State University, about his new MNHS Press book, The Language Warrior's Manifesto: How to Keep Our Languages Alive No Matter the Odds. Then from 11 am-3 pm, enjoy a variety of family-friendly language activities.
