Training/Experience: Private consulting contracts with individuals, museums, and other institutions since 1982.
Masters degree in Anthropology/Archaeological and Ethnographic Objects Conservation from the George Washington University with internships in the National Museum of Natural History, the University of Texas, and the National Park Service. Experience in archaeological field conservation, and management of three state museum objects conservation laboratories. Experience in museum and historic sites collections management, including exhibits maintenance and production.

Services include object treatments (3-D objects) specializing in leather, metals, wood, natural history, and composite objects, general condition and risk assessments and long-range conservation plans, documentation, museum preservation/conservation policy and procedure review and development, grant reviewing, environmental monitoring program consulting, disaster planning and mitigation, and Integrated Pest Management consulting.
