Training/Experience: Crystal Boyd has 17 years of experience working with museums, historical societies, and government agencies in Minnesota. She earned BAs in English and Spanish from the University of Minnesota and a Masters in Museum Studies from the University of Colorado. She is a Certified Professional Project Manager and is currently earning a certificate from the Society of American Archivists. Since 2013, Crystal has managed 11 Legacy Amendment grants totaling more than $230,000. She served as project manager for developing the Golden Valley History Museum, which won a national award from AASLH in 2020.
