Join author Pete Kero as he discusses Minescapes: Reclaiming Minnesota's Mined Lands at the Minnesota Discovery Center theater in Chisholm.

Pete, an environmental engineer, consulted on the creation of the nearby Redhead Mountain Bike Park, as well as on the repurposing of many other formerly mined sites.

Featuring appearances by some of the experts consulted in the writing of this book, this entertaining and informative talk captures the compelling history of one of Minnesota's most distinctive regions, the Iron Range.
