Best Bird!

This week's #curatorbattle challenge from Yorkshire Museum in the U.K. is to share the best bird in the collection. Of course, Herman immediately came to mind.
This faux-feathered duck body was worn as part of an adult-size Herman the Duck costume. Created in 1983, Herman was the mascot of Republic Airlines until the company's merger with Northwest Orient Airlines in 1986.
