Welcome friends and relatives to the Minnesota History Center for our American Indian Community Day. This event will feature Indigenous artists, authors, educators and organizations from the Twin Cities area and region.

In addition to viewing the Our Home: Native Minnesota exhibit, guests will be able to learn about Native cultures through activities, readings, food, and music throughout the day.

We will open the day with prayer at 11 am followed by free boxed lunches at 12 pm, while supplies last. There will be ongoing activities throughout the day on the lawn starting at 11 am and activities in the museum from 1–3 pm.

Parking and museum admission are FREE. We look forward to welcoming you.

This program is made possible by the Legacy Amendment's Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
