Go on a guided bicycle tour of the historic Minneapolis riverfront. Learn about St. Anthony Falls, the only waterfall on the Mississippi, and its surroundings, known as Owamni Yomni in Dakota. Explore the historic St. Anthony district, see beautiful residential architecture on Nicollet Island, uncover the history of the sawmilling industry at Boom Island Park, and pedal through the Warehouse District.

This tour covers 5 miles and begins and ends at Mill City Museum. The tour goes at a leisurely pace on designated bike paths. It is suitable for novice bike riders, ages 12 and up. Those without a bike can rent one at a nearby Nice Ride station.

This program is supported in part by the Bill and Kay McReavy and Family Fund.
