About This Event
Hop aboard for a unique staff-guided tour through the many stories of Fort Snelling’s past! You will explore the restored 19th century stone fort and some of the surrounding area from the comfort of a golf cart. The tour is approximately 1 hour long.
Make sure to leave time for exploring our Visitor Center, which includes historical exhibits and displays, as well as the museum store. Restrooms are conveniently located on the ground level. The Visitor Center will be open from 10 am to 3:30 pm, so you can utilize the space before or after your tour.
Space is limited and groups may be divided into different carts depending on number of people registered. Carts cannot accommodate accompanying walkers or wheelchairs.
