About This Event
Photography and Art at the Rock is a study in place, perspective, and connection.
For the month of May, we are proud to feature Stephanie Anderson, the artist behind The Hillside Creative, whose work explores the harmony between architecture, travel, and the natural world.
Inspired by Minnesota’s North Shore and the Lake Superior region, Stephanie’s hand-painted watercolor and gouache pieces capture the spaces where human ingenuity meets wild landscape. From beloved modes of travel to iconic structures set against open sky, her work reflects both movement and stillness — and the beauty found where they meet.
Her creative home is rooted in Minnesota’s rugged shoreline, where land, water, and sky shape not only the view, but the spirit.
Step inside, slow down, and experience the North Shore through her eyes.
