About This Event

Jeffers Petroglyphs is partnering with the Bell Museum for the 2026 Statewide Star Party. All across the state folks will gather to stargaze! This year's theme is: Ursa Minor: Celebrating Minnesota's Official Constellation! Join us as we use our Unistellar telescopes to view our beautiful dark skies.

What is a Star Party?
The Statewide Star Party is a family-friendly event that encourages people of all ages to engage in stargazing, learn about space through interactive activities, and hear from experts in the field. The Official Constellation theme will bring the stories and science of Ursa Minor to light, through crafts, science demonstrations, and observation of the night sky.
