William Ellis
Biography:
Will Ellis is a retired engineer who worked for over thirty-five years as a contractor for the US Navy. Specializing in marine ballistics testing, Will has been involved in the development of EWTR systems, the Antifragile EW project, and the development of Chaff countermeasures. Will teaches at Algonquin Community College in Ottawa, Canada, as a part-time engineering professor.
