African Americans
Since 1958 the Society has been actively engaged in seeking to preserve the papers, photographs, maps, artworks, publications, and artifacts which document the history of Minnesota's peoples of color. Listed below are a few examples of the many resources available to those who wish to study the history of African Americans in our state.
