Educating Archivists and their Constituencies

Introduction
This is a two-year project, funded by the National Historical Publications and Records Commission, to address a critical responsibility that archives have discovered in their work with electronic records: the persistent need to educate a variety of constituencies about the principles, products, and resources necessary to implement archival considerations in the application of information technology to governmental functions.

This web site is currently designed to facilitate the work of the project partners. Its goal is to support ongoing communication and collaboration; eventually, it will evolve into a set of publicly available resources for archivists.
