Educating Archivists and their Constituencies Project
Introduction
This was a two-year project, funded by the National Historical Publications and Records Commission, to address a critical responsibility that archives have discovered in their work with electronic records: the persistent need to educate a variety of constituencies about the principles, products, and resources necessary to implement archival considerations in the application of information technology to governmental functions.
This web site was designed to facilitate the work of the project partners. Its goal was to support ongoing communication and collaboration, and to make available materials that have evolved into publicly available resources for archivists.
Please note that all references and content information can only be considered current as of May 2003. It is your responsibility to verify the materials and update them as necessary.
