Electronic Records Management Guidelines
The Electronic Records Management Guidelines provide information on a variety of topics, such as file formats and file naming, electronic records management strategies, electronic document management systems, digital media, storage facilities and procedures, e-mail and web content management, and electronic and digital signatures.

Information Guides on Tools for use with Electronic Records
A set of guides that provide information about tools that may be useful for state archives and other agencies concerned with electronic records management and preservation. These guides describe the main purpose of the tool, where to find the tool, and how to get started. These tools are not endorsed or necessarily used by the Minnesota State Archives.

Center for Archival Resources On Legislatures (CAROL)
The Center for Archival Resources On Legislatures (CAROL) is the final product of the Minnesota NDIIPP project and pulls together research information and other resources on topics related to the preservation of and access to digital legislative content.

Minnesota Recordkeeping Metadata Standard
The purpose of the standard is to facilitate records management by government entities by providing a standard set of metadata elements that address, among other things, access restrictions and records retention and disposition.

Trustworthy Information Systems Handbook
The Trustworthy Information Systems (TIS) Project produced this Handbook, which details the TIS criteria set and a methodology to evaluate government information systems for trustworthiness.
