The Collaborative Digitization Program began as the Colorado Digitization Project in 1998, a collaborative effort among Colorado's archives, historical societies, libraries, and museums. The CDP now includes institutional partners from other western states in its mission to provide access to cultural heritage collections. The CDP website features technical guidelines, digitizing standards, a digital imaging glossary, and links to many additional resources.
