Tennessee Partners Overview
Tennessee is represented by individuals from the Tennessee State Library and Archive, as well as Tennessee's Legislative Information Services, State House of Representatives, and the State Senate.

Overview
Robert Horton and Carol Kussmann, of the Minnesota Historical Society (MHS), met with the Tennessee partners of the NDIIPP-sponsored project, Preserving State Government Digital Information. Tennessee participants included representatives from the Tennessee State Library and Archives, Legislative Information Services, State House of Representatives, and the State Senate.
MHS staff met with State Library and Archive staff in the morning to give an update on the projects progress on the pilot project. The possibility of testing the audio indexing and access to audio files using audio files from the archives with the Washington State run NDIIPP project was also discussed. The afternoon meeting was a general overview of the project. Discussion occurred throughout the day.

Overview
The Minnesota Historical Society's State Archivist Bob Horton met with representatives from the Tennessee State Library and Archives (TSLA) and from various legislative offices.
Points of discussion included Tennessee's legislative bill drafting system, authentication of the state code, digital videos of committee and floor sessions, as well as points for further consideration.
