Metadata Studies and Reports
Since 1999, the State Archives has been working with consultants, and its partners in government to learn more about metadata and its application to government electronic records. In the process, it has produced a variety of materials that discuss the practical value of metadata, and how the State Archives can facilitate the development and use of metadata standards. This is still a “work in progress.” The State Archives makes these products available primarily to keep its partners informed of current activities and projects.
