• Inaccurate or corrupted

• Mishandled (improper access)
• Required as evidence in litigation
• Required for audit purposes

You will be asked to identify your records' classification under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act. Based on your choice, you will be given a list of associated possible legal consequences, steps to take to complete the risk analysis process, and pointers to material in the Trustworthy Information Systems Handbook that will help mitigate the risk.
