Allergy & Baking Lab Lesson Information
Baking Lab micro-lesson
While the Baking Lab is cleaned between every program, we can’t guarantee that the lab is completely free of all food residues that may present allergy issues.
Please review the following list of ingredients commonly used in the Mill City Baking Lab:
- All Purpose
- Whole Wheat
- Powdered Sugar
- Vanilla Extract
- Baking Soda
- Baking Powder
- Chocolate chips
If one or more students has a severe food allergy, we request for the safety of the student that they not participate in the Baking Lab micro-lesson. Any student not participating must be accompanied by an adult during the duration of the micro-lesson.
If you have any questions please call our scheduling office at 1-888-387-5008.
