Capri Reopening!

By: Lori Williamson | Item of the Day | October 6, 2021

The Capri Theater on the North Side of Minneapolis was built in 1927; in honor of their grand reopening we are sharing the ticket in our collection from the time Prince played there in 1979.
The Capri has a rich past and bright future! MNHS is partnering with them for the free First Thursday Films at the Capri program, showing "Summer of Soul" tomorrow, October 7!
Hope to see you there!
