Enroll in History Day

If you are from a different state, please use the National History Day Affiliates website to locate your coordinator. The information below is for teachers in Minnesota.

Teachers that participated in previous years will automatically be enrolled for the new year and do not need to resubmit the enrollment form.

If you are not sure if you plan to participate, but would like more information about the History Day program, please fill out the History Day enrollment form and a History Day staff person will be in touch. Requesting information does not imply that you plan to participate during the 2025-2026 school year but will put you on our mailing list as you make a decision.

If you plan to participate in the History Day program for the first time during the 2025-2026 school year, please become an "active teacher" by "enrolling" in the program. By enrolling, you will receive all future emails and physical mailings from our office throughout the year, starting with the Introduction Packet in the early fall. Please enroll by filling out the History Day enrollment form. If you are a parent or guardian who would like a student to participate even if their school does not, please enroll to ensure that you get important mailings and email updates.
